Daniel S. Aegerter
Daniel is an experienced investor and entrepreneur with interests worldwide. In 2000 he led one of the largest software transactions in history by merging his US based company, TRADEX Technologies, with Ariba. Upon the completion of the sale, Daniel formed a new entity to further his investment interests, thus creating his family office. At Adurion Capital he is actively involved and provides strategic leadership to the company.
Gerhard Beukes
Gerhard has experience in valuations, restructurings, offshore funds and managing portfolio companies through his current role and working for Deloitte and Trident Trust Company (Cayman). Gerhard has worked in Cape Town (South Africa), San Jose (USA) and the Cayman Islands before moving to London. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. He speaks Afrikaans and English.
Dr Jurg Gassmann
Jurg is a Non-Executive Director of Adurion Capital and Adurion Investment Management. He advises on deal structuring, negotiation and documentation for Adurion's corporate and financial investments. Prior to his current role, Jurg worked with the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as Of Counsel in the London Project Finance Group, and before that with the infrastructure engineering and construction company Black & Veatch. He has advised on infrastructure development projects and structured finance transactions in various sectors, principally in Europe and Asia. Jurg has also worked with Equipment Finance & Leasing on private equity deals and with Sumitomo Trust and Banking in Tokyo, advising on air finance and capital market transactions. Jurg obtained his masters in law from Zurich University in 1986 and his doctorate in 1989. He is qualified to practice in Switzerland and is an English solicitor. He speaks and/or reads German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese and some Urdu.
